Our Returns Policy is that we ask you to please contact us within 14 days if you have any problems with your order. If there is a fault they will most likely not be able to be re-sold. We are a small business and the Items we sell at Lillesqua are very delicate products, so we do ask for you to consider this when you decide to purchase with us. The products will also have to be sent back recorded/tracked delivery with the tracking number sent to us prior to arrival.
